Sura-Sura Kanji
In this section of the site, the kanji from each chapter which are essential
(it means they're on the test!) are here together with hiragana, english translation,
and kanji stroke- order. Just click on the kanji image to get a small window
with a Quicktime video of a brush-painting of the kanji. Please be patient, it takes about 10 seconds to load each page. Depending on the amount of traffic on the network at Yale, the time delay for loading could be faster or slower. The graphic images themselves are optimized for web-page delivery-- it is just that there are quite a few of them for each chapter. |
