Fractals in the Kitchen

Euclidean constructions: Most of the manufactured shapes in the kitchen are Euclidean, at least when viewed without magnification. Why should we expect to find fractals in the kitchen?
Euclidean food: Plenty of the food doesn't look very fractal, either.
Some fractal vegetables: However, some vegetables are fractals. Some plants are fractal, so maybe this is cheating a bit.
Bread: Slice a loaf of some types of bread and you find -- fractals.
Butter: Properly prepared butter reveals beautiful fractal branching patterns. During the filming we discovered that temperature is an important variable in fractal formation.
Crepes: Here's a recipe for making tasty fractals from flour, milk, eggs, and butter.
